Xbox Live Creators Program
Indie games can now target the Xbox and Windows platforms using the Xbox Live Creators Program. By creating an account (which requires a one time fee) developers can add Xbox Live features to games, utilize dev mode on a retail Xbox and publish to the store.

MonoGame is an open source implementation of the XNA Framework. (The XNA framework previously allowed games to be developed in C# for the Xbox 360 indie games marketplace). By using MonoGame the process of developing and porting games from one platform to another can be simplified.
